由韓國導演李宰漢執導，韓星宋承憲、大陸女星劉亦菲合作電影《第三種愛情》９日發布預告，劇中飾演劉亦菲男閨密的歐漢聲（歐弟），表現搶眼；但導演原本拒絕他加入，最後他靠演技來證明自己。
該片製片爆料，導演最初拒絕讓歐弟演出，因為只看過他在綜藝節目的表演片段，質疑他演戲功力，後來他與導演暢談表演心得，且加上與劉亦菲試戲感覺良好，導演才放心讓他加入。
歐弟在片中飾演與劉亦菲交好的「閨密」，兩人交情也從戲裡延伸戲外，歐弟笑說：「我們兩人情同兄妹，不過她是哥哥，我是妹妹。」他表示，外形像仙女的她其實豪邁爽朗，個性比他還Man。
最讓歐弟記憶深刻的一場戲，是和劉亦菲在KTV內開心地胡亂唱歌喝酒，沒想到拍攝時兩人真的喝醉了，導演還以為是他們很入戲，誇兩人「演得很好」。他憑著在綜藝節目累積的喜感，且將暖男閨密演出到位，讓導演刮目相看，大讚他是「大陸未來的喜劇之王」，歐弟開心地說：「為了拍片很認真做功課，辛苦總算沒有白費。」
